How do you recognise in which you've landed?

I have a problem. Since yesterday, I have been feeling better and even though there can still be no mention of training or "real" food, I've been buzzing again since 8 o'clock in the morning. My "lunch break" was at 15:00 in the afternoon, 3 hrs after what I consider to be "lunchtime", resting after remained a good idea. A short walk to the next super market, afterwards another call at 19:00 o'clock. Meanwhile: Emails, graphic design, planning, reading of user manuals.
The term "Work / Life / Sport-Balance" pops into my mind. A balance between work, life and sport. A holy trinity.
Apparently, I suck at it - the past few days standing testament to my overwhelming. So in my case, it's more of a Bermuda Triangle...
I need to learn how to switch off. Not just the computer, however this would be a great start. Also my head, my brain, my mind. Find calm. And then, out of a moment of peace, find a balance between the things that fill and rule my life. This should be manageable?
Yours,
Fabian
